All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Payment is due at the time of service or can be made via bank transfer. I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Aggressive animals must be disclosed during booking. I reserve the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.
You must provide safe and reliable access to your home (key, code, etc.). I will treat your home with respect and ensure all doors and windows are secured.
In case of a pet emergency, I will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. You are responsible for all veterinary costs.
I am insured and bonded for pet sitting services. However, I am not liable for pre-existing health conditions or unforeseeable pet behavior.
